Collamat S-Series

The new S-Series labeling devices from Swiss company Collamat are based on over 50 years of experience in manufacturing labeling devices. These devices incorporate the best features from previous models and significantly add new innovations.

All electronic components, motors, and other parts of the device are assembled into the same frame. The aluminum casting of the frame makes it extremely durable yet lightweight. There are several modular attachment points for label dispensers, attachment tips, and other parts. The modular design allows for the construction of various configurations, making the device suitable for a wide range of labeling needs. It is also easily integrable into larger labeling systems. The basic device can be upgraded if, for example, higher speed (max. 100 m/min) or greater label width (max. 260 mm) is required.

The Collamat S-Series can use the largest possible label rolls (Ø400 mm), which allows for approximately 30% longer labeling time. This is achieved with new, more precise and powerful motors that ensure extremely accurate labeling (± 0.5 mm) even at higher speeds.

The Collamat S-Series is suitable for all types of labels, including irregularly shaped, transparent, and layered labels, regardless of whether they are made of paper or synthetic material.

The device has plenty of connections for communication with other devices, including an Ethernet connection for remote management.
