KLINGER Finland is expanding its next-generation Ventus X-series with three new Print & Apply labelling systems. The Ventus X9, X9+ and X10 complement the Ventus X6, launched earlier this year, offering new solutions for a wide range of labelling requirements on production and packaging lines.
The Ventus X6, launched earlier this year, marked the introduction of the next-generation Ventus X-series. The three new models now expand the range to cover a wider variety of applications – from high-speed labelling of moving products to handling different package sizes and applying labels to various product surfaces.
Ventus X9 – speed and precision for labelling moving products
The Ventus X9 applies printed labels to moving products using a pivoting applicator head. The applicator head follows the product surface, ensuring that the label is applied securely and evenly across its entire surface.
The same applicator head can handle different label sizes without additional adjustments. Labels can be applied to the top, bottom or side of a product, with an application speed of up to 30 labels per minute. The Ventus X9 is therefore an ideal solution for applications requiring both speed and precision.
Ventus X9+ – flexibility for varying package sizes and label positions
The Ventus X9+ offers versatile labelling capabilities, particularly for production lines handling packages of different sizes or requiring labels to be applied in different positions. Its pivoting applicator head follows the product surface and accommodates different label sizes without additional adjustments.
Labels can be applied to the top, bottom, sides, front or back of a product, as well as around corners. The X9+ also supports larger labels, with a maximum size of 150 × 255 mm.
Ventus X10 – labelling the front and back of products
The Ventus X10 has been specifically developed for applying labels to the front and back of products. Its pivoting applicator head moves to the desired position, enabling precise label placement.
The X10 can also be equipped with an optional auxiliary air-blow system. This makes it particularly suitable for production lines where accurate label positioning on the front or back of a product is essential.
Four Ventus X-series models for different Print & Apply labelling needs
All Ventus X-series models combine ease of use, reliability and versatile integration options for production lines.
The intuitive colour touchscreen guides operators through the selection of settings and displays the system’s operating status. The systems can also be controlled remotely via a network connection. PROFINET enables integration with various control and factory automation systems, and Ventus can be equipped with printers from manufacturers such as SATO, Zebra, TSC or CAB.
Like the X6, the new Ventus X9, X9+ and X10 models are designed and manufactured in Finland.
