Ventus X10 – precise labeling for front and back surfaces

Ventus X10 is a new-generation print & apply labeling machine developed specifically for applying labels to the front and back surfaces of products. It automatically prints and applies labels to products or shipping units. Its pivoting application head moves to the required position on the product surface, enabling precise label placement. An optional auxiliary air blow complements the label application function.

Ventus X10 can be equipped with applicator pads in various sizes and installed in different orientations to suit the application. Supported label sizes range from 25–120 mm in width and 30–120 mm in length. Modern interfaces enable real-time printing of variable data on each label, while PROFINET connectivity makes integration with production line controls and factory systems straightforward.

Ventus X10 is designed for ease of use. Its clear colour touchscreen guides operators in selecting the correct settings for different printing applications and displays the machine’s operating status. The multilingual user interface can be customised to customer requirements. The machine can also be controlled remotely over a network connection, making operation and monitoring easier.

Designed and manufactured in Finland by KLINGER Finland, Ventus X10 is built for demanding production environments. High-quality components and a design that minimises maintenance needs support a long service life and production continuity. The machine is suitable for a wide range of packaging lines and dispatch operations.

Available accessories include manually and electrically adjustable stands and various protective enclosures. An optional verification camera and reject station enable incorrectly labeled products to be identified and removed from the production line. Custom cylinders and applicator pads are also available.
