WEDGE GATE VALVES

High-pressure Wedge Gate Valves are used as shut-off valves in steam pipelines, where the pressure rating ranges from PN250 to PN500. These valves are available in sizes starting from DN65 up to DN700.

With different material selections, the temperature resistance can be increased without significantly reducing the pressure tolerance. Material options include 15NiCuMo5-6-4, 16Mo3, 13CrMo4-5, 11CrMo9-10, and X10CrWMoVNb9-2, with other materials available upon factory request.

Medium-pressure wedge gate valves are designed for pressure classes PN63 to PN160, and also for higher pressure classes, with sizes starting from DN65. Both welded and flanged connections are available. In this pressure range, traditional forged carbon steel is available, with 16Mo3 as an option for factory orders.

Wedge gate valves are also available with various standard connections, including welded and flanged, conforming to EN, ANSI, and JIS standards.
