LABELING SYSTEM

Intrex labeling systems offer both ready-made solutions for automated labelling and customised designs tailored to specific customer needs, delivered on a “turnkey” basis. The systems can accommodate multiple labeling devices and, if necessary, marking devices as well. Typical products include trays, bottles, cans, jars, or cone-shaped buckets.

The labeling system allows the application of multiple labels on the same product, such as front and back labels. Labeling systems are easily adjustable for pre-tested products, and product-specific parameters can be selected through a single, centralised touch-screen unit.

Additional features, such as camera-based recognition and rejection stations, can be offered separately. Design work is a crucial part of the process, and final design drawings are always approved by the customer before the production phase begins.
