Ventus X6 – The New Generation Piston Applicator

Ventus X6 is a new-generation piston applicator that applies labels using a pneumatic cylinder. Thanks to this solution, Ventus X6 labeling machine is particularly well suited for applications where label size or application distance varies. With its redesigned structure and modern interfaces, the X6 offers significantly improved functionality, reliability, and user experience compared to its predecessors.

The applicator head is designed so that labels can also be applied into recesses or onto uneven surfaces, and the wide range of application pads ensures an optimal solution for different use cases. The pads can also be equipped with an efficient air-blow function, allowing labels to be applied without the pad making mechanical contact with the product.

Label sizes can range from small 25 × 25 mm labels to large A5-size labels, depending on the chosen application pad. The vacuum function of the pads enhances label control, and pads equipped with a fan ensure secure application even on challenging surfaces.

Ventus X6 is extremely user-friendly. Its clear colour touchscreen guides the operator to select the correct settings for different printing tasks and shows real-time operating status. The interface includes multiple language options, and the layout can be customized for specific customer needs. The device can also be operated remotely over the network, simplifying maintenance and monitoring. 

The new Ventus has been completely redesigned from a maintenance perspective as well, making servicing significantly easier and more user-friendly than before.

Ventus X6 labeling machine is also available with an RFID option, enabling seamless encoding and application of RFID labels. The system includes an innovative defective tag removal unit, which automatically identifies and eliminates faulty RFID tags before application. This ensures reliable operation, minimizes waste, and maintains high-quality output even in demanding production environments.
