Printer units for labeling devices

We offer thermal and thermal transfer printer units from various manufacturers for labeling devices. Managing and maintaining printers is easier for our customers when they can choose a printer unit from the same manufacturer as their desktop printers.

Most printer units also come with an RFID (UHF) model.

Sato S84-ex and S86-ex Thermal and Thermal Transfer Printers

Sato has introduced a new generation of printer units. The S84-ex series printers are equipped with a 4-inch (104 mm) print head. The print resolution is 203, 305, or even 609 dpi (24 dots/mm). There are models available for direct thermal (DT) and thermal transfer (TT) printing. The thermal transfer model also has a version with a ribbon-saving mechanism. The maximum print speed is an impressive 406.4 mm/s.

The S86-ex series printers have a maximum print width of 168 mm. Thermal transfer models are available with 203 dpi and 305 dpi resolutions. The maximum print speed is 355 mm/s.

The printers come standard with all data transfer interfaces (USB, RS-232, IEEE1284, and LAN), and WLAN is available as an option.

Zebra ZE-500 Series

Zebra’s new printer unit is available with 203 dpi or 300 dpi print resolution and two different widths: 104 mm or 168 mm. The printer comes standard with all data transfer interfaces (USB, RS-232, IEEE1284, and LAN), and WLAN is available as an option.
