The angle sensor measures the angle between two objects. Angle measurement can be absolute or incremental: with absolute sensors, the angle information is immediately available after power is turned on, whereas with incremental sensors, one must first go to the home position and start counting from there.
The Unimeasure RTX multi-turn angle sensor includes the following features:
- The RTX sensor is available with 4…20mA or potentiometer output
- Measurement range is 45°…200 turns depending on the model
- Protection class IP65
- Measurement range adjustable with trimmers in the mA model
