IGEMA manufactures mechanical magnetic level gauges that reliably measure liquid levels without any electrical components on the liquid side. Their operation is based on the interaction between a magnetic float and an external indicator.

The gauges are made from stainless steel (1.4404; SA312 Gr. TP316L), which offers excellent corrosion resistance and is also suitable for aggressive liquids.

These level gauges are suitable for use in steam boilers, pressure vessels, chemical and process industries, as well as power plants. They are compatible with water and various aggressive, toxic, flammable, and explosive liquids.

IGEMA’s devices comply with major standards and requirements such as the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU), DIN EN, AD 2000, and the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code. The operating pressure ranges between 20 and 50 bars depending on the model.

Optional accessories include limit switches, drain and vent valves, and transmitter heads for remote monitoring.
