KLINGER® SENTRY pressure test gasket

The KLINGER® SENTRY pressure test gasket is a specialized gasket that allows pressure testing of individual joints.

• Speeds up the pressure testing process
• Reduces the cost of the medium used for pressure testing (e.g. nitrogen)

• Verifies the tightness of individual joints during installation, reducing the need for rework
• Joints can be tested and repaired immediately during installation

KLINGER® SENTRY gaskets feature an integrated pressure channel, which allows the gasket to be pressurized during the test. A separate hand-operated pressure pump is required for performing the test. The pressure channel is sealed during normal operation.

• Suitable for: ASME B16.5 flanges from class 150 to 2500, API 6A and 17D 150–15,000 psi

• SENTRY SR has been tested up to 5,000 psi (344 bar)
