KLINGER® metallic ring joint gaskets RTJ

KLINGER® metallic ring joint gaskets (RTJ) are designed to be used in high pressure applications and can be manufactured from a number of materials to suit the process media and the flange materials.The material of the RTJ must be softer than the flange material to avoid damaging the flanges during tightening.

RTJs are precision machined metallic rings, typically manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.20 and API 6A standards, although customized solutions are also available. RTJs are often used in the oil and gas, crude oil refining, and petrochemical industries in both onshore and offshore applications. Certain styles can be adapted for subsea installation.
