KLINGER®soft-chem
KLINGER® soft-chem is a gasket made of multidirectionally expanded PTFE, with high compressibility, excellent recovery and gas tightness. It is suitable for aggressive media and for applications where the surface pressure remains low. Thanks to its good residual recovery, the gasket suits flange faces that are damaged or not parallel, as well as glass-lined, plastic and steel flanges. The gasket is cut from sheet material, which keeps delivery reliability high and costs low. The material is suitable for service conditions up to 260 °C, and since PTFE does not age, service life is long.
