KLINGERSIL® C-4430
KLINGERSIL® C-4430 is a universal high-pressure gasket for a wide range of applications. The gasket is made from an optimum combination of synthetic fibres and glass fibre, bonded with NBR. The material offers very good pressure resistance, which makes it particularly well suited for applications involving steam or hot water.
KLINGER® top-chem 2000 PTFE material can be used as an alternative, or, with some restrictions, KLINGER® Quantum.
General-purpose gasket reinforced with synthetic and glass fibres
Application
- Excellent resistance to water and steam at high temperatures, up to 250 °C
- Suitable for oils, gases, salt solutions, fuels and alcohols
- Resistant to moderate organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants and refrigerants
