KLINGERSIL® C-4400 is a universal high pressure gasket material, suitable for several applications in the chemical and food industry as well as water supply. Its unique matrix structure provides safe and reliable sealing with an excellent combination of different properties. It is made from NBR that is bonded with aramid fibres. The seal can be replaced with KLINGER® top-chem 2000 PTFE material or, with reservations, KLINGER® Quantum.
Typical uses
The gasket material is suitable for applications that use oil, water, steam, gas, salt solutions, fuel, alcohols, moderate organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants, and refrigerants.
Approvals
KLINGERSIL® C-4400 gasket material has i.e. BAM-, DIN-DVGW-, TA-Luft- and Fire-Safe-certifications.
