WAX RIBBONS

Wax ribbons are suitable for label printing when the print is not subjected to chemical or mechanical stress.

Wax ribbons print a black image at a low printing temperature. The ribbon types listed below are suitable for Flathead printers.

Meckband A

• Affordable basic ribbon
• For coated or uncoated paper labels
• Max. printing speed 300 mm/s
• Stock widths 84 and 154 mm
• *12 colors, see brochure

Meckband B

• Wax ribbon with a small amount of resin
• Better abrasion resistance than other wax ribbons
• For coated or uncoated paper labels
• Max. printing speed 300 mm/s
• Stock widths 56, 84, 102, 111, and 130 mm
• Black

Meckband C

• Suitable for all paper label materials
• Max. printing speed 300 mm/s
• Stock width 160 mm
• *5 colors: black, light green, dark blue, light red, gold* Black color in stock, other colors have a delivery time of about three weeks.
