KLINGER Finland launches the new Ventus X-series, representing the next step in Finnish-made industrial Print & Apply labeling. The first model to be released is Ventus X6, which replaces the previous Ventus 520 and 620 models and brings modern technology to demanding production and logistics environments.
The Ventus X-series has been developed to meet customers’ growing requirements for real-time data transfer, flexible integration, improved usability, and easier maintenance. The series continues Ventus’ long development path — more than 4,000 Ventus units have already been delivered for industrial use.

Designed for variable and demanding labeling applications
Ventus X6 utilizes a pneumatic cylinder applicator (piston applicator), enabling precise and controlled label application even in applications where label size or application distance varies.
Depending on the application system, the solution supports labels ranging from small 25 × 25 mm labels up to A5-sized markings. The applicator head design also allows labels to be applied to recessed or uneven surfaces.
When required, contactless label application is possible using an efficient air-blow function, eliminating the need for mechanical contact with the product. This reduces mechanical stress and improves process reliability, especially on sensitive or uneven surfaces.
Compact, user-friendly, and nearly maintenance-free labeling machine
The design of Ventus X6 places strong emphasis on usability, reliability, and serviceability:

RFID readiness for future labeling requirements
Ventus X6 is also available with an RFID option, enabling seamless RFID label encoding and application as part of the automated labeling process.
The system includes an automatic defective tag removal unit, which detects and removes faulty RFID tags before application. This ensures reliable operation, reduces waste, and maintains high quality standards even in demanding production environments.
Finnish quality and broad printer compatibility
Ventus X6 is designed and manufactured in Finland at KLINGER Finland’s own production facilities. Local manufacturing ensures short delivery times, good availability, and fast, expert technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
Ventus X6 is compatible with several leading printer manufacturers, including Sato, Zebra, CAB, and TSC. Broad printer compatibility and compatibility with previous Ventus models support cost-effective upgrades and easy integration into existing production environments.
