Fiblon Oy is a family-owned company founded in 1979 in Pori, which production is based on highly automated, advanced technology solutions. Fiblon manufactures sustainable table setting and wiping solutions for professional use, especially for the hospitality and food service industries. Efficiency, safety and ergonomics are key priorities in Fiblon’s production. KLINGER Finland and Intrex responded to these needs by delivering a collaborative robot palletizing solution utilizing Universal Robots technology, streamlining production and supporting employee wellbeing.
Why choose a collaborative robot palletizing solution?
Two Intrex Easy Stack palletizing units were delivered to Fiblon and integrated into production as a turnkey solution. These compact systems, based on Universal Robots collaborative robots, manage the palletizing process independently. Their relocation and programming can be done easily by any operator – no specialized knowledge required.
The goal was to replace manual and repetitive tasks, improve ergonomics and increase production efficiency. The result was improved ergonomics, smoother workflow and higher productivity – all without major structural changes to the production environment.
